Peter has been a very valuable asset to our team for over 8 years. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry is unparalleled, and he plays a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of the building process.
He is a hands-on, multi-skilled individual who consistently demonstrates his expertise in the field.

A small Perth builder, by design
Skytree Homes is a registered Western Australian building company based in Ardross, working across the Perth metropolitan area. We build custom homes — one at a time. That is not a description of our current workload; it is how the business is deliberately structured, and it shapes everything from how quickly we can start a project to how often you will see us on site.
Most building companies grow by taking on more jobs and adding layers of people to manage them. We have chosen the opposite trade-off. It means we turn work away and it means our clients wait, but it also means the person who sits with you at the first consultation is still the person answering your call eighteen months later.
Custom homes
New homes designed from your brief and your block rather than adapted from an existing plan. Most of our work is in Perth’s river, coastal and southern suburbs.
Knockdown and rebuild
In established suburbs, building usually starts with removing what is already there. We work through whether a rebuild stacks up, then handle demolition, service disconnections and approvals.
Complex and constrained sites
Narrow lots, battle-axe blocks, slope, restricted access and heritage considerations. These are the projects where a considered custom design earns its keep.
Full project management
Concept design through documentation, engineering, planning and building approvals, trades and construction — coordinated by one team with a single program.

What areas of Perth do you build in?
We build across the metropolitan area, with most projects in the western, southern and coastal suburbs — the river suburbs around Melville, the Fremantle area, the Cockburn coast and the southern corridor towards Rockingham. If your block is elsewhere in the metro area, ask us.
Do you build project homes or house-and-land packages?
No. We build custom homes only. If a standard plan on a straightforward block suits your budget and brief, a volume builder will serve you better and we will say so.
How soon could you start on my project?
Because we run one build at a time, availability varies. Design and approvals take several months in any case, so starting the conversation early is rarely wasted time — it is usually the front end of the program anyway.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
